Do I Need A Doctor’s Referral?

No. You do not need a referral from a physician to be evaluated by a physical therapist at our clinic. We offer a variety of services without a referral.

After any type of evaluation, our therapists will help you facilitate the treatment you need. Whether this involves suggesting an appropriate physician for medical evaluation or the proper referral for further physical therapy treatment, we will make sure you have the help you need to get on the path to wellness.

Evaluation with a Phsyician's Referral

If you have a referral from a physician, your initial evaluation will be a one-on-one appointment with a physical therapist to evaluate your condition and initiate a treatment plan.

Insurance Information

We take most major insurances. Physical therapy evaluations will be 45-60 minutes one-on-one with a physical therapist to evaluate your condition and discuss treatment options.

Self Pay
